for this cover I kept to the black and white theme with the purple eye reflecting its colour onto the font. I tried to keep that quirky feel to it by having very similar sized text boxes and with the colours black and white. The bottom article has a picture in just to add a bit of colour to the cover but it's mostly there to emphasize what that article is about. I used a few imperatives and personal pro-nouns like you to make it personal between the reader and the magazine. There is some alliteration in there as well to make it more presentable as a magazine.
